My whanau hail from distant lands. 
My ancestors arrived in Karamea & Greymouth, West Coast and in  Lyttelton, Christchurch and I hold these places dear.
Christchurch is my home.

My Experience

I have been part of a consultancy company for many years – working with teams designing and delivering learning solutions in medium and large organisations. This has included working with NZQA qualifications & moderation.

I have rich experience in learning design and development, organisational development, capability, and adult/teacher education. My most recent roles have been contracting - across learning and development, organisational development and coaching. Previously I was leading a large team of Academic, Digital, Organisational Development, Learning & Development professionals through an exceptionally challenging period of change, at Ara |Te Pūkenga.

I am very familiar with learning, strategy, and culture in the NZ tertiary education sector, and have worked as an independent contractor across Health and Education and in an NGO role.

My Approach

I enjoy collaborating with managers, leaders, influencers and learning professionals on the design, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that build culture, engagement and capability. I seek to

  • identify current culture, talent & capability

  • determine how to integrate a strategy with a pragmatic development plan that will deliver a
